Question: Where should we hold the team offsite?

What I'm collecting

Audience: my team, about 20 people. Sometimes a wider company-wide poll.
Anonymous or named: anonymous for opinion polls, named when I need follow-up.
Single or multiple choice: single choice for decisions, multi-select for "pick all that apply."
One vote per person: yes for decisions, off for quick temperature checks.
Open for: usually a day or two, sometimes live during a meeting.
Reading results: I just want the leading answer and how close it is. Skip the deep stats.

How I run it

Clean and results-forward. Warm off-white background, ink text, one accent color reserved for the leading option. Big readable bars and counts — the winning answer should be obvious from across the room. Percentages next to each bar, total responses shown once at the top. No dense tables, no chart clutter. Looks like a calm results screen you'd happily put on a projector, not a survey tool.
