Recipe Recall

Household: two adults, one kid (8).
Allergies: kid is allergic to tree nuts. No almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews in anything she eats. Peanuts are fine.
Avoid: I do not love cilantro. Partner does not eat lamb.
Eat more of: vegetables, beans, fish. Trying to do red meat less than once a week.
Favorite cuisines: Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Mediterranean.

Dietary notes

Equipment: gas stove (4 burners), oven, cast iron pan (12"), nonstick pan, Dutch oven, pressure cooker, rice cooker, immersion blender, sheet pans. No grill.

Pantry staples (usually have):
- Olive oil, sesame oil, neutral oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, balsamic
- Onions, garlic, ginger, lemons
- Canned tomatoes (whole peeled), tomato paste
- Dried pasta, rice (jasmine and short-grain), polenta
- Chickpeas, black beans, white beans (canned)
- Parmesan, mozzarella, eggs, butter
- Cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, bay leaves

Kitchen

- Sheet pan chicken thighs with lemon and potatoes - 425F for 40 min. Throw in olives the last 10 min. Kid eats this without complaint.
- One-pot pasta e ceci - garlic, rosemary, tomato paste, chickpeas, broken pasta, broth. Done in 20 min.
- Salmon rice bowls - rice cooker rice, miso-glazed salmon on a sheet pan, cucumber, avocado, kewpie mayo, crispy garlic. Tuesday default.
- Mushroom ragu with polenta - dried porcini soaked, mixed mushrooms, white wine, finished with butter and parm.
- Black bean tacos - canned black beans cooked down with cumin and chipotle, charred tortillas, slaw, lime crema. Kid-approved.
- Chickpea coconut curry - onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder, coconut milk, chickpeas, spinach. Over rice. 25 min.

Recipes I cook often

When I ask "what can I make with X?", give me three to five options. For each: recipe name, one-line description, and any modification I have noted on it.

Surface my ratings if I have them. Lead with the ones I have made repeatedly.

When I ask "what should I cook tonight?", consider the day of the week (Tuesday is salmon bowl default, Friday is takeout-or-pasta).

For technique questions, quote my notes accurately. If my notes don't specify a temperature or time, say so rather than guessing.

Three to five sentence replies for recall questions. Longer only when quoting full steps.
