Tasks

Statuses: to do, in progress, blocked, done. Nothing fancier.
Priorities: high, medium, low. Due dates beat priority when both exist.
Blocked items: show them first. A blocked task I forgot about is the worst outcome.
Planning rhythm: I plan the week on Monday morning and pick three priorities per day.
Replies: short. When I ask what to do next, give me three things, not ten.

How I work

Clean and quiet. Warm off-white background, ink text, one accent color reserved for due dates and blocked flags. Generous spacing, no dense grids. Cards show a title, status, and due date only; details on tap. Looks like a calm paper planner, not a project management dashboard.
